Journey is defined as the act of traveling somewhere. I’d like to add in “worth-wild”.
The act of traveling somewhere worth wild. Let’s go deeper. I feel it is time for many of us to take an inner journey by taking outside action.
Journey concerning living our purpose. Purpose is defined as the reason for which something is done or created or for which something exists. My husband and I feel we are given a purpose of connecting people to the body they were given and helping them to make it the strongest possible so they can live to their fullest potential. What is your thing? We all have that “thing”! That thing that we enjoy or feel called to. One could be created to teach students, save lives in the medical field or a calling as a stay at home parent who pours positivity into their family. Whatever your purpose is, you deserve to have a strong body that allows you to do it to the best of your ability. If you feel you are working towards finding your purpose, look inward and around you without putting pressure on yourself. A good friend of mine once said… your purpose is hidden in your daily routine. Enjoy the journey.
Journey in Serving Others:
Another journey is towards concerning others. Have you heard the saying… “It is better to give then it is to receive.” What energy do we give out to others? If we lack sleep, struggle with eating healthy so feel depleted, we can be sending out impatient, rushed, 50% effort in our day to day. NO DAYS OFF means being the best version of yourself day in and day out in whatever role you play. We cannot do give 💯 if we are running on a quarter tank of energy. We want to help you in your journey concerning others by adjusting some habits that deplete your energy tank.
Journey to Enhanced Ability
Finally, let’s take a journey enhancing your ability. We ask health/life goals for a reason when we people walk through our door. We want to know what their vision is so we can help them run their race! Whether it is to pass a physical test for the Police or Fire Academy… let us guide you. Whether it is to change a diagnosis the doctor gave you concerning obesity, blood pressure or a category that physical fitness and nutrition plays a role… allow us to guide you.
The most important thing about a journey is not doing it alone. Build your support system that believes in your vision as well. Allow Legacy Fit Doral to train you for the race you are meant to run!
